Pearson VUE will be the only exam provider for AWS certification exams from 01-Jan-2023 – for both delivery modes (online proctored and in-person test centers). PSI will no longer offer AWS exams. Exam vouchers are sometimes tied to a single test provider so please be careful when dealing with vouchers – especially if you are buying them from a third party.
- UPDATE: AWS Training & Certification site has posted an update that reads “If you paid for your appointment at PSI with a voucher and you cancel the appointment, you will be able to use an unexpired PSI voucher at Pearson VUE starting December 30, 2022.”

AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional exam is getting an update from 07-Mar-2023. The new exam code will be DOP-C02 and the exam guide and sample questions have been published. Registrations for the new exam open on 31-Jan-2023. The old exam DOP-C01 will be offered till 06-Mar-2023.

Similarly the AWS Certified Developer - Associate exam is also getting an update from 28-Feb-2023. The new exam code DVA-C02 has a new exam guide and sample questions published. Registrations for the new exam open on 31-Jan-2023. The old exam DOP-C01 will be offered till 27-Feb-2023.

Note that the general format of the questions, length and duration of the exam, exam fees, etc all remain the same in spite of the above changes to the exam content, outline, and provider.
